Terms & Conditions

All bookings are required in advance full payment must be received prior to attendance.

In the unlikely event that Kidz Club is cancelled, a full refund of the cancelled session will be given.

Kidz Club reserves the right to terminate bookings, if anyone one is found to be bullying or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical and dietary requirements during registration, it is your responsibility to keep us up to date with any changes.

Booking are final and non transferable due to ratios and staffing, if amendments can be accommodated these are at kidz club discretion and in line with staffing, ratios, resources etc. amendments are not guaranteed and refunds will not be given if amendments can not be fulfilled.

Sessions missed due to illness or your personal circumstances will not be refunded.

You must declare in writing if you do not wish your Childs photograph to be taken.

You must refrain from bring your child to class if they have had any form of stomach upset (sickness or diarrhoea) for 24hrs inline with national guidelines.
