All bookings are required in advance and paid places will be given priority.

Payments are required to confirm your booking.

In the unlikely event that Kidz Club is cancelled, a full refund of the cancelled session will be given.

Kidz Club reserves the right to terminate bookings, without refund if anyone one is found to be bullying or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical and dietary requirements during registration, it is your responsibility to keep us up to date with any changes.

Cancellation of a session requires 72hrs notice.

Sessions missed due to illness or your personal circumstances will not be refunded.

You must declare in writing if you do not wish your Childs photograph to be taken.

You must refrain from bring your child to class if they have had any form of stomach upset (sickness or diarrhoea) for 48hrs.
